Five maps in 1.0: four original maps plus the new Bio Lab. Pre-1.0 Steam discussions referenced two upcoming maps — both have shipped with full release.
The five maps
City streets, industrial zones, the forest area and the original arena stages plus the 1.0 Bio Lab. The Camp sits between runs.
The Camp
Between runs, return to the Survivors' Camp — the hub area where Missions, Friendship levels, Story and Quests live. The Camp was specifically called out in the official 1.0 content preview.
